i was still sayin to become healthier.. guess wat.. i was sick for the week..

vomitted my way to sch.. arghh... cant stand the feeling.. end up seein doc in sch.. gastric flu.. got a jab.. within 2 months kena 2 jabs.. thanks sw and andrew for helpin.. and ps for the trouble.. :P (u guys know ya)

after the jab, i am not suppose to eat or drink for the next 1/2 to an hour, + drowy effect.. omg.. so an empty stomach.. :( den finally can eat, but no nobody at home to help me cook.. sianzz.. slpt till sis got home and finally tot can have some porridge to eat.. den she realise NO more RICE.. OMG... faint.. fell aslp SUPER soon.. i think so.. basically i slpt the whole afternoon on the mon.. den fever came at nite.. hungry at 4am plus.. no choice have to wake dad up to cook some food.. though i did try to refrain not to wake him up..

initially thurs was to bring my ah gu for follow up one.. den aunt say his son bringin him over.. so tot afternoon can go try acupucture to treat my gastric prob, whom my mum claim to be v good and he treat via the needle and gan yin (感應）..

poke.. needle went in.. ouch.. felt the pain the hand (of coz, coz he poke on the hand).. surprisely, he feel my pulse.. neither did i tell him i got gastric prob.. den he say "ur gastric not v good".. hmm.. well.. i will allow room for thinkin ya.. haha.. den he left the needle there and walk ard.. sometime come back and ask how i feeling.. got wat feel..

actually i did feel immediate better after the poke.. the giddiness, tireness, uncomfort in gastric disappear.. i was thinkin is it coz i half lyin in the arm chair or coz really is the needle and he is workin thr his mind.. (FYI, he is ard his 60s) den sometime gastric feelin at ease and relac mode, den sometime acute pain.. but after pain, v shu fu.. I really wonder.. Puzzle..

tml 2nd session.. shall see how again.. haiz.. i fear the needle.. argh.. feelin weak at the thought liao..
